Shipping Information

CtrlOps Shipping Information

1. Scope & Coverage

CtrlOps delivers within Australia to all states and territories. International delivery is not available at this time.

All deliveries are subject to our Terms & Conditions, which set out your rights and obligations relating to orders, title transfer, and risk once goods are dispatched.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders under AUD 100 attract a flat shipping fee of AUD 15 per order.
  • Bulky items (including data racks, large TVs and oversized goods) incur a flat AUD 45 delivery charge.
  • Free shipping for order above $100 AUD excludes bulky goods (i.e. Data Racks and TVs). 
  • If your order includes both standard and bulky items, the AUD 45 charge will apply.
  • Any limited-time free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout and override standard rates for eligible orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Warehouse Dispatch:  We aim to dispatch from same day (business days), if orders are placed on the weekend we dispatch on the first available business day. 

Delivery Timeframes are within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been received. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier network. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that estimated timeframes are indicative and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or remote-area locations.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers as none of our couriers have access to them. If you enter these details, you will be unable to process your order. 

4. Bulky & Oversized Items

Bulky goods such as data racks, TVs or other large equipment require special handling. These orders attract a flat AUD 45 delivery fee, regardless of subtotal.

If you bulky goods our delivery are for kerbside deliveries only, for deliveries up any starts we need to quote pricing. In these instances please email support@ctrlops.com.au for one of friendly staff members to organise a  special delivery quote. 

5. Order Dispatch & Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with courier details and tracking information (where available).

You can track your delivery directly through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received your goods within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@ctrlops.com.au quoting your order number for assistance.

Redelivery charges may apply if no one is available to sign for the delivery.

6. Authority to Leave

If you choose the Authority to Leave option at checkout, the courier will leave your goods at the nominated address without requiring a signature. Once delivered under this authority, CtrlOps accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage that occurs after the goods have been left at your location.

7. Remote Areas & Delivery Time

CtrlOps delivers to most metropolitan, regional and remote locations across Australia. No additional fees apply for remote areas, however delivery times may be longer depending on courier network coverage and accessibility.

We’ll notify you if your delivery is likely to take longer than the standard timeframe. Our team and courier partners will use reasonable efforts to ensure safe and timely delivery.
